Friday night at New York Comic-Con, Marvel Television held a joint panel for Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD and Marvel’s Agent Carter. This is a recap of all the news, spoilers, and more announced about SHIELD Season 3 during the panel.

Here are the major highlights:

  • Agents of SHIELD is currently filming its 50th episode.
  • Clark Gregg’s first reaction upon learning that Inhumans were going to be on Agents of SHIELD: “Am I going to get to be Black Bolt?”
  • We’re going to continue seeing things that are “mind-blowing” with regard to Inhumans.
  • Who will be the next Inhuman that we met (or have we already met them)? “No comment,” says Jeph Loeb.
  • “Will we ever be able to see Mutants?” Clark Gregg’s response: “Mutants exist in this scary realm known as the ‘Copyright Zone’ so…”
  • The third episode of Season 3, “A Wanted (Inhu)man,” is being screened during the panel. The episode airs this Tuesday night.

So not much Agents of SHIELD news that we didn’t already know, which is to be expected with the show already being back on air, but still some very cool and funny moments, especially involving Clark Gregg. Also, here is some reaction from fans and critics that were able to watch “A Wanted (Inhu)man” at NYCC. Sounds like we’ve got another great episode to look forward to this Tuesday!
