The cast for Marvel’s  Avengers: Infinity War keeps on growing! Tessa Thompson joins Avengers: Infinity War. Tessa Thompson will make her debut in the Marvel cinematic universe this November in Thor: Ragnorak as Valkyrie.

Tessa Thompson was spotted by a Marvel fan in Edinburgh, Scotland where the film has recently been in production.  The fan posted a selfie with Tessa, which you see below! Though there hasn’t been an official confirmation from Marvel yet, it’s safe to assume that Tessa being spotted in the same filming location would mean she’s in the film! Fingers crossed!

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Tessa spoke on the future of her character in the MCU:

“You never know where people will pop up. In the next phase, the hope is to find ways to interweave all these characters, and certainly with ‘Infinity War,’ those are the culmination of a lot of work since ‘Iron Man.’ She’s part of the tapestry now. For me, it’s exciting to join at a time with young actors like Brie Larson and Chadwick Boseman and Michael B. Jordan. We’re all hopefully going to meet in one of these movies.”

Valkyrie and Captain Marvel team up please?! Her short appearance in the trailer for Thor: Ragnorak was definitely promising, and hopefully we will get to see Valkyrie outside out of Avengers: Infinity War. Marvel, if you’re listening: please team Captain Marvel and Valkryie for an awesome female lead space adventure film.
