Captain Marvel Blu-Ray Special Features Revealed

Author: No Comments Share:

Captain Marvel has broken a number of records. The first superhero film with a female star to reach a billion dollars has been higher, further, faster than most of the other films at the box office. The story of Carol Danvers and the early days of the MCU have reshaped what fans know about the MCU at large.

The film’s Blu-Ray and digital releases are looming closer as well. Marvel and io9 shared a look at one of the film’s deleted scenes showcasing Vers’s time on Hala and giving Marvel fans a closer look at the Kree. Take a look at Captain Marvel inspiring a group of young Kree cadets below:

The scene offers very little to the overall story besides general world building (and a surprisingly friendly seeming Jude Law). and showing off a little more of what it was like to live on Hala and the story that the Kree told to Carol to brainwash her into fighting for their cause. Given that Captain Marvel 2 would have to take place on Hala however, this could offer a potential plot thread for Captain Marvel 2.

Take a look at the complete list of behind the scenes features, deleted scenes, and more below!
