Guardians Of The Galaxy Posters Spotlight Colorful Characters

Guardians of the Galaxy vol 2 is a short month away (or thereabouts) and we’re getting more and more information on a daily basis.  Marvel’s giving us TV spots and information about characters.  They’ve added to their impressive poster roster with 10 new character posters.  Continuing their impressive use of color (seriously, we’re in love), the Guardians are available for us to see.  These posters give us an idea of the size and scope of the cast previous posters have only hinted at.  Plus, for people with “collections”, fans that prefer various characters can add a unique piece to their Guardians collections.

Director James Gunn certainly seemed ready to highlight each character, and he took time to spotlight each actor as they highlighted their characters.  It was nice to see a focus on characters like Gamora and Mantis, particularly from their actresses.  We know there’s going to be more of a focus on the women in the MCU.  Getting to see each actress talk about how excited they are is a real joy to see.

Which posters are you the most excited to see? Which character would you pick up to put on your wall? Tell us in the comments below.

Set to the backdrop of ‘Awesome Mixtape #2,’ Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 continues the team’s adventures as they traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos. The Guardians must fight to keep their newfound family together as they unravel the mysteries of Peter Quill’s true parentage. Old foes become new allies and fan-favorite characters from the classic comics will come to our heroes’ aid as the Marvel cinematic universe continues to expand.

Guardians of the Galaxy vol 2 stars Chris Pratt as Peter Quill, Dave Batista as Drax, Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Bradley Cooper as the voice of Rocket Raccoon, Sean Gunn as the motion capture for Rocket Raccoon, and Vin Diesel as Groot. It’s blasting into theaters May 5th 2017.
